Gddr7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the gddr7 platform. Continued use of the platform means you agree to all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the gddr7 platform through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the gddr7 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration and use.
- A person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
- Not prohibited from accessing online gambling services under the laws of your country or region of residence.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party without written authorisation from gddr7.
Gddr7 reserves the right to verify a user's eligibility at any time and may request relevant identity verification documents. Users who provide false or misleading information during registration may be subject to immediate account termination.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted only one active account on the gddr7 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid payment details.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. gddr7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing within a reasonable time.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the gddr7 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Interfering with or disrupting platform operations, including through cyberattacks or bug exploitation.
- Creating, distributing, or using automated software (bots) to manipulate games or betting.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to a third party.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the gddr7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and supported local e-wallets. gddr7 does not accept cash deposits or payments made through unapproved third parties.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set based on account type and chosen payment method. These limits are subject to change at gddr7's discretion and users will be notified via the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Processing Time & Fees
Deposits are typically credited within minutes, depending on the payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful identity verification. gddr7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Any charges or fees imposed by the bank or payment provider are the user's sole responsibility.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid copy of your identification document. Failure to complete this process within the specified period may result in withdrawal access being restricted until verification is finalised.
Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Gddr7 provides its entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, gddr7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Gddr7's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gddr7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected.
- The user employs unauthorised software or methods to exploit the system.
- The user fails to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.
- Upon instruction from the relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the review is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the gddr7 platform — including interface design, logos, graphics, text, software code, and game materials — is the exclusive property of gddr7 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gddr7. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gddr7 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. gddr7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Gddr7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
